JBCC Process Server PSC-19618
Any citation that a sheriff or constable is authorized to serve can also be served by a JBCC-certified process server. A citation is a legal notification that summons an individual to appear in court, and the server is required to present proof of delivery to the presiding judge. In Texas, process servers must obtain certification from the Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC) and adhere to its Code of Ethics.
The scheduled service of process will be completed by JBCC certified independent process servers.
